Wendy has worked successfully at every level of creating and maintaining strong sales funnels for companies of all scale and sectors.

With a motivated and imaginative approach to building sales strategies, telemarketing and delivering sales training Wendy has gained a reputation of delivering on quality and results over the last 10 years.

Over her career Wendy has been head hunted several times to bring in new ideas and motivation to the point of sale teams. Her strength is understanding where the Team are going wrong and then implementing a change policy to bring them back on track: through evaluation, building a strong strategy to move forward and in monitoring and reporting to re-align the strategy.

Working primarily with company CEO’s and management Wendy’s role is to audit, define, deliver and report on the agreed sales strategy. It is in this environment where Wendy adds the value – working with some of Scotland’s most exciting companies Wendy’s skills provide their Sales Teams with a mentor and advisor working with their interests at heart.

Wendy is also a non-exec director to Caldervale Forge Group (inc Agra Precision, Induction Heat treatment & rockeater Tools) as clients value her input not only on a consultancy basis but also as a major influencer in how they build a strong sales team and sales strategy.

Wendy lives in Stirling with her two children Nathan and Dax – she is an ambassador for the Entrepreneurial Exchange and regularly comments on networking groups on the latest sales trends.
